About Fenn and Associates

Fenn & Associates was established in 1996 by its President, R. Daniel Fenn. Mr. Fenn has 20+ years experience in organization development with a proven track record of helping clients with improved leadership behaviors and employee engagement, increased productivity and business results by individuals and teams, reduced operational costs and higher productivity. Clients have included Monsanto, Kansas Farm Bureau, DST Systems, Allied Signal, and school districts across the country.

Mr. Fenn has consulted internationally with over 500 teams; and led over 400 training sessions for management and front-line employees on Team Development, Leadership Development and Facilitation. Further customization can be developed on topics such as motivation, conflict resolution, performance management and feedback practices, problem solving and decision making, and interpersonal skills.
